1. Service Description

WhateverYouWant3D ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered custom 3D printing services. Customers can submit text prompts or 3D model files and receive physical printed objects and/or downloadable 3D model files.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit prompts or files that:

  • Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights
  • Depict illegal content, including but not limited to weapons intended for harm, controlled substances, or CSAM
  • Are intended to deceive, defraud, or harm any person
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Orders refused on these grounds will be refunded in full.

3. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of any original prompts or 3D files you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order.

AI-generated models: 3D models generated by our AI from your prompts are provided for your personal use. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use rights are not explicitly granted; consult applicable AI copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of AI generation (no hidden fees).
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Orders are binding once payment is confirmed.
  • Rush orders receive priority printing and 2-3 business day shipping, subject to our production capacity.

5. Refunds & Revisions

  • Each print order includes one free AI generation revision request.
  • If your physical print arrives damaged or significantly differs from the approved preview, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for AI-generated file-only orders once files have been delivered.
  • Custom upload orders are non-refundable once printing has begun.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before printing) are issued at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard estimated delivery: 5-7 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Rush estimated delivery: 2-3 business days (subject to shipping carrier performance).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

7. File Downloads

  • Generated 3D model files are made available for download for 30 days after delivery.
  • Save your files promptly. We cannot guarantee file availability after this period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhateverYouWant3D's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
