Terms of Service

Last updated April 19, 2026

Welcome. These terms cover your use of whateveryouwant3d.com and anything you order from us. By placing an order, you agree to what's written below.

Who we are

WhateverYouWant3D, LLC is a small 3D-printing studio operating from 1340 Valencia St, San Francisco, California. References to “we,” “us,” and “the studio” mean the company; references to “you” mean the person placing the order.

Ordering & payment

Orders are placed through the site and paid for via Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes; any sales tax is added at checkout when required by law.

Payment is captured at the time of purchase. If your card is declined or a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refuse future orders.

Custom prints & descriptions

When you submit a prompt or description for a custom print, you confirm that you own the rights to describe it (or that it's generic enough that no one owns it). We won't knowingly print trademarked characters, logos, weapons, or anything we judge to be harmful. If we turn an order down, we refund it.

3D prints are physical objects made from plastic. Small imperfections — layer lines, support marks, slight warping — are part of the process, not defects. If something's genuinely flawed, see the refund policy.

Intellectual property

You keep whatever rights you had in the description you sent us. We keep the rights to the site, our studio name, photography, and the proprietary workflows we use. You're welcome to photograph and share anything you buy.

Limits on liability

We stand behind the print itself. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages — if a dock scratches your nightstand, that's on the nightstand. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
