Processing time
Shop items ship in 2 business days. Custom prompts and uploads usually ship in 3–5 business days, depending on size and detail — you'll see an estimated ship date on your order confirmation.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard — USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, 3–7 business days, flat rate $5.
- Expedited — UPS 2-Day, $15.
- SF Next Morning — local courier, on your doorstep by 9 AM the next business day, $50. Order by 6 PM.
- SF Same Day — local courier, same-day for orders placed before 1 PM, $75.
- SF Rush — dispatched within two hours, $100.
International
We ship worldwide via USPS First-Class International or DHL Express. Delivery times run 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Duties & taxes are the recipient's responsibility. We mark packages accurately as ordered 3D-printed goods — do not ask us to mark a parcel as a gift.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email when we hand your package to the carrier. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll reprint or refund — same policy as on the refund page.
Address changes
If you need to change the shipping address, email us within 4 hours of ordering. Once a label is printed, we can't redirect it.
