• Shipping address — to deliver physical prints
• Phone number — optional, used only if we need to contact you about your order
• Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order content — your text prompt and any reference images you upload
• 3D files — if you use the "Upload Your File" path, we store your uploaded model file in order to print it

• To process and fulfill your order
• To send order confirmation, shipping, and file delivery emails
• To send you a custom quote if you requested one
• To improve our AI generation quality over time

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We use the following services to operate our business:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Meshy.ai — AI 3D model generation. Your prompts are sent to Meshy to generate 3D models.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — hosting and file storage. Files you upload are stored on Vercel Blob.
• Neon — database hosting for order records.

• Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
• Generated 3D model files are available for download for 30 days after delivery, then may be deleted.
• Uploaded 3D files are retained until your order is fulfilled, then deleted within 90 days.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.

We use minimal cookies necessary for site function (authentication sessions for admin users). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe using industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store payment card data.
