Privacy Policy

• Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and the prompt or product you ordered. We need this to print and ship the thing.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe returns the last four digits and a confirmation token, which is what we keep.
• Website analytics: Google Ads and standard server logs. These record pages you visit and whether you converted on an ad, not who you are.
• Email replies: if you email us, we keep the thread so we can reply.

• Fulfill and ship your order.
• Send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts.
• Measure which ads work so we don't waste money.
• Reply to support emails.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.

• Stripe — payments and fraud prevention.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Supabase — order and subscription database hosting.
• Vercel — web hosting and logs.
• Google Ads — ad conversion measurement.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, local couriers) — to get the package to you.

Order records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data (ad conversions, analytics) is retained per the provider's defaults. You can ask us to delete anything we're not legally required to keep.

If you're a California resident, you have the right under the CCPA to request a copy of what we have on you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any “sale” of your information (we don't sell it). Email us and we'll handle it within 45 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies (to keep your cart between page loads) and analytics cookies from Google. You can block either via your browser settings without breaking checkout.

This site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
