Refund & Returns
Last updated April 19, 2026We print things one at a time by hand. If something's wrong with your order, we'll fix it — the rules below are just the short version.
Shop items (in-house designs)
For items from the shop (Valencia Dock, etc.), you can return an unused, undamaged product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Email us first so we can send a return label and flag your order.
If the item arrives damaged or with a print defect, tell us within 7 days and send a photo — we'll reprint or refund, your choice, and cover return shipping.
Custom prompts & custom uploads
Custom prints are made to order from your description or file and aren't resellable. These are non-refundable except in two cases:
- The print has a clear defect or arrives damaged (we'll reprint at no cost).
- We can't fulfill your order (wrong size, prohibited content, printer issue) — full refund, no questions.
If you don't like how the AI interpreted your description, we can apply one free revision before we print. After that, revisions are $10 each.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before we start printing it — email us and we'll refund in full. Once the printer is running (usually within 24 hours of your order), cancellations are case-by-case.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscription boxes can be cancelled any time from your account or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund partial months.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number (starts with an eight-character code from your receipt) and a sentence about what's wrong. We reply within one business day.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and land back on your original payment method in 5–10 business days.
